O2 Light Bar is Singapore's only studio dedicated entirely to private full-spectrum infrared. Six fully private suites at #04-08 The Cathay, 2 Handy Road — a two-minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Every session is 50 minutes in a room of your own: the door closes, and it's all yours.

What private means here
- Your own room, your own cabin. No shared benches, no shared pools, no small talk.
- Your heat. Set the warmth to your preference — tell us before you start, or adjust it on the in-room panel.
- Your sound. Every suite has a Bluetooth speaker for your own playlist, or scan the in-room QR code for our guided audio.
- Nothing to bring. Towels, sauna wear and water are ready in your suite.
Full-spectrum infrared warms you from within rather than heating the air, so the warmth stays dry and easy to breathe. Effortless sweat — the light does the work.
Three kinds of private suite
All six suites have full-spectrum infrared. Each pair adds something of its own:
- Serenity Haven — our most spacious suites, with a lie-flat lounger.
- Zen Cabin — adds a red light panel.
- O2 Oasis — adds high-concentration oxygen, included in the session, with a gentler infrared setting.

Is the sauna really private?
Yes. Each of our six suites is a fully private room with its own full-spectrum infrared cabin. Once the door closes, the room is yours for the whole session — no shared benches, no shared pools, no one else's preferences.
Can I come with a friend?
Yes. Book two suites of the same type at the same time — you each have your own room and finish together. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll line them up.
How hot does it get?
Gentler than a traditional sauna, and a dry warmth rather than steam. You can set the heat to your preference — tell us before your session, or adjust it on the in-room panel.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing. Towels, sauna wear and water are ready in your suite.
How long is a session?
50 minutes, from settling in to cooling down.
