What red light therapy is
Red light therapy (photobiomodulation) uses red and near-infrared wavelengths that your cells absorb to boost their own energy production (ATP). It's a light effect, not heat — which is why it pairs so naturally with infrared: light for your cells, heat for your body.
What research reports

How it works in the Zen Cabin
Our high-power red light panel runs for about 15–20 minutes (20 minutes max), then switches off automatically — the safe, effective limit — while the cabin's full-spectrum infrared keeps going to the end of your session. Goggles are provided. You lie back in a fully private wooden cabin; towels, sauna wear and water are all in the room.

Frequently asked questions
Is red light therapy the same as infrared heat?
They work in different ways. Red light is a light effect absorbed by your cells; full-spectrum infrared is invisible warmth for a deep, comfortable sweat. In a Zen Cabin session you get both at once.
How long does the panel run?
About 15–20 minutes (20 minutes max), switching off automatically while the infrared continues to the end of your 50-minute session.
Do I need a course of sessions?
Benefits build gradually with a steady routine — 1 to 3 sessions a week is the rhythm most people keep. Your first three visits are S$58 each for Singapore residents, an easy way to feel it for yourself.
Anything I should check first?
If you're pregnant or have high blood pressure or a heart condition, please check with your doctor before booking.
