How an O2 Oasis session works
- Settle in. Change into the sauna wear waiting in your suite and recline on the contoured lounger.
- Breathe. We set up your oxygen pod with you.
- Rest. Gentle full-spectrum infrared warms you from within, under the ambient colour light of your choice.
- We keep time for you. Close your eyes and let the session run its course.

Long days in Singapore mean air-conditioned offices, packed trains and late screens. An O2 Oasis session is a calm pause built around breathing easy. Guests come to clear their head between meetings, to recover after training, or simply to rest somewhere quiet.
Beyond your suite, there are forest-grade negative oxygen ions all through the studio.
Oxygen, infrared, red light
All six suites have full-spectrum infrared. Each pair adds something of its own:
- O2 Oasis — adds high-concentration oxygen, included in the session, with a gentler infrared setting.
- Serenity Haven — our most spacious suites, with a lie-flat lounger.
- Zen Cabin — adds a red light panel.

How warm is the O2 Oasis?
Gentle. O2 Oasis runs our softest full-spectrum infrared setting, a dry warmth rather than steam. You can adjust it on the in-room panel.
