Your First Oxygen Bar Visit in Singapore: What to Expect

20 October 2026 · 3 min read

An oxygen bar is a simple idea: a calm place where you lie back and breathe high-concentration oxygen for a while. Most of the questions we hear about it are the same few. Here's what a first visit looks like at O2 Light Bar.

Why people come

Long days here mean air-conditioned offices, packed trains and late screens. Guests tell us they come to clear their head between meetings, to recover after training, or to shake off that run-down, low-energy feeling at the end of a week. Some simply want fifty quiet minutes somewhere entirely their own.

What the O2 Oasis is

Our two O2 Oasis suites are our oxygen pods. Each one is a private room with a rounded capsule inside, gentle full-spectrum infrared, and high-concentration oxygen included in every O2 Oasis session. Beyond your suite, there are forest-grade negative oxygen ions all through the studio.

How a session goes

  1. Settle in. Change into the sauna wear waiting in your suite and recline on the contoured lounger.
  2. Breathe. We set up your oxygen pod with you, then leave you to it.
  3. Rest. The infrared warms you gently while you pick an ambient colour light you like.
  4. We keep time for you. Close your eyes; the session runs its course and you're free to keep resting until the end.

Fifty minutes, from settling in to cooling down.
