# O2 Light Bar

> Singapore's only studio dedicated entirely to private full-spectrum infrared. Six fully private suites at The Cathay, 2 Handy Road — two minutes from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Every session is 50 minutes in a room entirely your own. This is how you rest now.

## What it is

O2 Light Bar is a private infrared sauna studio in central Singapore for rest and recovery. All six suites have full-spectrum infrared. The Zen Cabin suites add a red light panel (first 20 minutes of the session). The O2 Oasis suites add high-concentration oxygen through a nasal cannula at normal room pressure (not a hyperbaric chamber), included in the session. Serenity Haven suites are the most spacious, with a lie-flat lounger. Towels, sauna wear and water are provided in every room.
